Imphal, a beautiful place is the capital city of Manipur located in the valley and situated in a gorgeous wood valley filled with lakes and green meadows. Ukhrul and Mao, the charming hill resorts of the state, Taminglong has exotic landscapes, Chandel is a home of amazing tribes of Manipur, Moirang and Khonggom are reminders of British Raj in Manipur. The best time to visit Manipur is October to February. The state receives the 1980.8 mm rainfall from May till October. The maximum temperature in Manipur is 32 Deg. C and the minimum is 0.0 Deg. C.

Visit the 18th Century Jain Temple of 23rd Jain Tirthankar Pareshnath, Zoological Gardens, Victoria Memorial – a beautiful building of colonial architecture & drive past Howrah Bridge – an engineering marvel & one of the busiest bridges in the world, Dalhousie Square – a colonial building constructed during Raj-era, 17th Century Fort Williams - it was made by Robert Clive & is the only fort in the world from there no shot was fired, Secretariat Building and Old Court House Street. Morning, you will be transferred to the airport to embark a flight for Imphal. On arrival at Imphal airport, you will be received and transferred to the hotel. Rest of the time is kept free at your discretions. Stay overnight at the hotel.
Today take a sightseeing tour of Imphal including the War Cemeteries remembering the Indian soldiers who sacrificed their lives during World War II. The Commonwealth Commission of War Graves is managing the cemeteries out here. Also visit State Museum, IMA Bazar – it is a market of women and unique in itself. IMA market has got 3000 mothers who operate their outlets. Stay overnight at the hotel.
After having breakfast take an excursion to the only park which is floating Keibul Lamjao Floating National Park of the world and Moirang to visit the Sendra and Loktak Islands. After having lunch also take a tour of Bishnupur/ Vishnupur to visit the Lord Vishnu Temple and the beautiful Store Carving. On the way driving back to Imphal visit the Japanese War memorial known as Nambol. Stay overnight at the hotel.
In time, transfer to Bagdogra airport to board a flight to Kolkata. Arrive Kolkata, transfer to the hotel. Rest of the time is kept free at your discretions or last minute shopping. Stay overnight at the hotel. At appropriate time, you will be transferred to the international airport to embark the flight back to the onward destination. The tour will culminate here.
